The Lax representation for the dynamics of the $\mathcal{N}{=}\,4$ hyperbolic $\mathrm{U}(2)$-spin Calogero-Sutherland system is found. The reduction to the $\mathcal{N}{=}\,4$ supersymmetric spinless hyperbolic Calogero-Sutherland system is established.
